I started Hardy Foods over a month ago and it’s been amazing. One of the main reasons why I chose to go with them is that I have a hard time with portion control. With the service I have been easily able to gauge my caloric intake and stay in a deficit which has allowed me to lose 15lbs. Not only have I been able to achieve my weight goals I have also enjoyed all the meals which are freshly made every week and are extremely nutritious. John really invests his time into you as a customer and will work with you to achieve your goals and make sure you’re enjoying every meal.
Hardy Foods is so convenient! With my wife being in med school and me working full time while in grad school, we were looking for something that could save us some time on cooking. All we had to do is place an order each week and pick up all the food on Sunday evening. The meals were great, and the owner worked with each of us to get feedback on what we liked and what we wanted to change about our meals each week. Would definitely recommend this as a healthy meal plan option in the Salt Lake City area!

Third, it’s reasonably priced; it’s cheaper than a number of other meal prep services, and you get a lot of food for what you pay. Delivery is also so convenient!
